Seems Babba has played you once before. he could have simply stumbled upon the guide game when checking out your active games and decided to troll you. When I am bored sometimes I click random players profile and have a look at ratings just in case i find some 1 star ratings. Those games where people rage sometimes have mildly amusing chat conversations. That tangent can lead to all sorts.

At a glance babba is not a multi, but who knows. he might be a 12 year old who thought he could be clever having two accounts.
