Looking into matter u sent its clearly a gambling event and that site if not in compliance with proper licensing is subject to severe fines loss of banking from all major institutions as well as being temporarily shut off until in compliance with current laws and regulations .

The rules for online gambling are as you know are taken seriously.The tournament in question is with out a doubt a gambling format.I noticed no information was provided regarding the site origin can you provide us the necessary details so i can look into the matter .The use of amazon gift cards for the purpose of generating profit on a non licensed site creates another issue . The fines for operating an illegal gambling site start at 25000 for first offense how ever insignificant the monetary value If deemed gambling is in fact going on .

above a 6th attempt was made to contact me to persue this issue so in future yoshi perhaps learn the facts m8 before you speak out !! nothing personal just this however harmless could cause the end of cc club or atleast have it shut down pending outcome ...
i am trying to teach xroads/timmy fundamentals and this is taking him away from his studies m8

oh crap timmy has a classmate .in the video on teaching special ed it says to be persistent when teaching those with special needs ..maybe mad77 needs to take this class too ,,,

You would mostly be right. 1) The rewards are for people who have already subscribed and play. 2) They are not advertised as enticements for people to join. 3) The site focuses on strategy and not luck. 4) That the rewards are not monetary, but in terms of rewards with a certain company. 5) The rewards are extraneous to the initial payment.

The counter points, though, are 1) That the site uses rewards like this to encourage people to continue to play and re-subscribe. 2) That luck is an important part of the game (the it's not chess defence). 3) Amazon vouchers are akin to money.

The "it's not gambling" side has by far the stronger arguments. The rewards are more like joining a social club, and it having a quiz night with a prize.

The counter-points aren't without merit, but they really don't add up to much.
