If you try to submit an encrypted or dynamically-coded image, you will get that message. Make sure you're submitting a real, static, permanent image. (Generally with a URL that ends in a normal filetype like PNG, JPG, GIF, etc.) Always preview an image and look at the URL in the address bar to make sure it's not something funky.
