Sorry mate, the only alternative at this point is subscribing/following update posting in this thread I made since you are suppose to get an email as soon as a new post is made. Not big help but at least get you something.

Waiting the 12 hours isn't a rule in these is it?
I keep getting people asking me to give away my turns and positions when I play fast, but I'm too much of a man to ask when people do it to me, which give me a disadvantage just cus I don't want to be a whiny bitch (to be clear I'm not calling anyone else a whiny bitch, but I WOULD personally feel like a whiny bitch if i had to ask, so I dont ask and try to stay active enough that i notice when rounds start.)
I kinda feel like if it's not a rule people need to stop acting like its something they deserve. I haven't said no to anyone, but I think I might start. I'm in alot of tourneys with a large game load and it's very inconvenient to be waiting 12 hours or giving away my positions when other people aren't waiting.

U can subscribe to got notification in your inbox....when tournament round start, you will get a message for that, then u open it and see in what round of what tournament you need to enter and get your snaps....
