[Three Kingdoms of China] I don't understand the interface

Game 20592331 is my first meeting with map. Before the game started, Stats said:
Red (opponent) 5/13 regions
Green (my self) 10/13 regions
Unknown 7 regions

When I pressed BEGIN, Green 10/13 regions became Green 10/10 regions. I guess, when my opponent does the the same, the same correction will occur. It looks as ordinary bug in map's XML, but just in case, I am asking. Maybe there is some peculiarity of the map worth knowing...

No, I suspect Stats just is never right until the end of turn 1.
