Yea its 16, I have no idea why she was getting a car. It's on a show called "Super Sweet 16", where a bunch of rich snobs throw enormous parties and then complain and cry, it happens every episode and makes you want to kill the person...only Americans would find it entertaining. It depends on the state. In Ohio it's 15, but in Pennsylvania they bumped it up from 16 to 18. My age is the last to get to drive at 16. But that's not important.
