Hong Kong - The Fragrant Harbour
In August 1945, as news of the surrender of Japan spread, Hong Kong residents cautiously peeked from their homes. A Japanese officer, tired of shouting orders, reportedly sighed, “Well, that’s it,” and used his sword to slice a watermelon instead of anything dramatic. When British Admiral Harcourt’s fleet arrived, a local fisherman guided them into Victoria Harbour, proudly claiming, “I charge double for VIP tours!” The sailors, amused, paid him in biscuits. As Union Jack flags rose again, a small dog kept stealing them, forcing soldiers to chase it around Government House. The crowd laughed—freedom had truly returned. Amid cheers, someone shouted, “Don’t lose the dog, it’s our first liberated citizen!” And so, Hong Kong celebrated peace with laughter, melons, and a heroic flag-thief pup

- Games must start between CC Time: 2025-08-01 09:00:00 and CC Time: 2025-08-31 23:59:59 to be considered for the challenge.
- Wins will count until CC Time: 2025-09-30 23:59:59.
