Suggested improvements to the Snapshot feature

Post by zen330 »

1) Allow one to scroll through snapshots using their < and > keys instead of having to click through them with their mouse.
2) When one changes in-game tabs (Overview Game Map Stats Snapshots Chat Log Settings Help) without reverting to the live board show the snapshot-timestamp of the board being shown under the Overview tab.

Sooo, a mouse is too hard to use to scroll through them?
Kinda just sounds like you are lazy.

I even scroll through them on my phone Soo easily.

Why change something that isn't broken and make it something that can break?
Another pointless suggestion.
Didn't ya miss me?!??!!!!!!

I appreciate the suggestions for improving the Snapshot feature! In my experience with similar platforms, intuitive snapshots can really enhance user engagement. Looking forward to seeing these changes implemented!

Besides keyboard shortcuts, I found Zen330's second suggestion about keeping the timestamp displayed when switching tabs extremely useful. Currently, I sometimes confuse live data with snapshot data if I'm not paying close attention. Having a small note there would significantly help avoid errors.
