That's great and all that he is "aware", but I've said this before and I will say it again, it is rude to not at least update mods and players on continuing issues...if BW doesn't have the time to do that, maybe the only other person who actually makes money running the site should handle more often.
I truly feel that the mods who are volunteering their time to help run the site should at least be given the respect of being informed what the hell is going on so we can inform the players. We just look like morons scratching our asses because we don't ever know what to tell people! Frankly, I am about at the end of my rope feeling as if I have to fight for everything, including respect, when all I want to do is make the site more enjoyable for people. It should not be like this. Hell, I have to fight to even give prizes for events that I take my free time to help organize and run! It's bullspit.
FYI: Trying to look up games in a tournament using "find a tournament" is not working at all...in game finder 1 or 2.
Here here!!!
"Aware of" doesn't tell me there is a plan to fix it and that I should pay again. And I'm not going to unless something changes.
"Hope is not a strategy" - and my hopes are all out.

Is it me or we are being logged out every couple of minutes?
To date, it appears to be something or someone who has the time to keep making a lot of spam requests to our server and clogging it up. A mitigation has been put in place.
Maybe a forum bug, so might end up double posted, but there has been ongoing issues since 12:30am still.
That's another set of issues with not fix in sight. Forum bugs, not showing when you posted, inbox messages showing notification but not being able to see the new message...

And here I thought it was due to the sudden influx of new players!
I've bee getting major lag issues from the site. It doesn't respond and then returns an error code "0" eventually. I keep having to refresh my browser. It's to the point where I haven't been able to complete a turn in a few games and getting worse. I always test my internet connection speed and it's fine. Other websites and apps load fine. Chrome and IE browsers no difference both have the problem. I haven't changed any settings. In the early days of CC this used to happen when they were running low on server space. I have to assume they use the Cloud now and that shouldn't be an issue. Getting to the point where I'm thinking I need to find a new online game to play which is a shame since I really enjoy CC. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Glad you are working on it thanks! Whatever mitigation was put in place it's not working. Intermittently (but happening more and more) the site times out and then returns an error code 0. Sometimes I can't complete a turn. Both via Chrome and IE and I haven't made any changes to settings etc. Making it a waste of time to play CC which is a shame. Is this something you can fix or is it just how it's going to be moving forward in which case I need to find a new game to play? Appreciate your efforts.
It seems like this mostly happens when I'm on my home internet which is Xfinity/Comcast. When I switched to a mobile connection it seemed to help a lot. I did change the security settings on Xfinity to make them lower to test it out and that didn't help. Is someone working on this? I pay for premium and am hoping someone is going to fix this?
