But this is absolutely stupid.

Started a Baltic Crusades, both of us start with 24 troops. Hit the start button, and his troops goes to 37 while mine drops to 17.

So you have an option that is basically 100% luck with absoltely no strategy.

Another game, he starts first, same thing happens. Start my turn with 4 regions and 6 troops while he has 20 regions and 35 troops. Game over before I even took a turn.

I tried this in a Bot game (one bot only); interesting option.

I am not sure I would want to play many games with this setting.
