However, I do NOT agree that Israel:
THEY HAVE EVER RIGHT TO BLOW HAMAS/GAZA OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH
Israel is justified in DEFENDING THEMSELVES, of course. What they are now doing in Gaza goes beyond justifiable DEFENSE and Deterrence, imo.
I think this is ONE reason why many do not support Israel. Even before this year, there was not much sympathy for Israel as the conducted their campaign in Gaza to find the hostages taken on October 7.
As said before by some and by me on several occasions, Hamas used their civilians to shield their tunnels and missiles, making this phase of the conflict VERY DIFFICULT as a PR campaign. Defending themselves JUSTIFIABLY meant the death of at least a few civilians, including women and children.
The WOKE agenda has made Israel, like ICE and Trump and those opposing Trans "women" part of the BAD GUYS, despite evidence to the contrary. Each of these issues has been debated elsewhere in this Forum.
Now we have
Somali gangs wrecking havoc in Minnesota, and the "white Guilt" by liberals there has defended Somalis as OPPRESSED people deserving sympathy and no jail time or even arrests. They young males of Somali descent deserve JUSTICE, and for many such engaged in crimimal activity, including shooting guns at each other and at others, the should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

There have been recent shootings in Bloomington, Eden Prairie and Edina that law enforcement says are all tied to Somali gangs.
