Resign button not showing up, even in completely lost games.

So I recently finished this game https://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=24788165 (Thailand, no spoils, chained reinforce) and did not get the Resign option even down to one territory with 3 troops on it.

And on this rematch I suspect something similar has happened https://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=24788741 with my opponent also in a clearly and absolutely lost position and giving me the gg in chat two rounds ago but not resigning.

I would be happy to be polled about when a good time to offer the Resign option in various games would be if someone wants to set that up, get the whole "wisdom of crowds" thing happening with a lot of the other players here, something which tends to be better than even expert opinions.

Same thing on this game https://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=24789697, I was down to two territories with one troop each both adjacent to high enemy forces (30 in total), in a no cards game, and with my opponent getting 21 reinforcements last turn.

As an admin is there any chance of you all (site owners/admin(s)) polling users as to when they would like to see the resign button show up, both for trench and non-trench games?

Lots of horribly lost games out there that both players (or even teams w/ unanimous team voting) know are effectively finished and would be quite happy to see resign-able, and I'm assuming you all could run a program pretty easily to see if anyone was gaming the system somehow to raise (or lower) their ratings via deliberately thrown games.
