These are suspected Multiple Account Holders.

Comments: They rarely attack each other (including not breaking up continent borders), but more importantly, they log in and play seconds apart from each other.

Absolutely; same exact style there. They take turns seconds apart. Not trying very hard, are they? Or... I guess I mean "is he/she"?
