moving avatars

how do you get a moving avatar

i see a lot of people with them but i dont know how to get one

yeah i was wondering the samething...my avatar is actually an animated GIF...but when i uploaded it...it dropped all the other frames and just shows the first one...a little help would be greatly appreciated

The picture you upload has to be an animated GIF. if you save it properly you SHOULDN'T have a problem uploading it.

Well, I don't remember if I used the image URL from the pic or if I uploaded it to photobucket and used that. Heres a tip though: I tried a different animated avatar and it just didnt work, so just try a different animated avatar

HuckleberryHound has the same avatar, perhaps you could pm him and ask how he got it to work.

Animated is ok, it's those flashing ones that switch really rapidly that give you eye-cancer.
