all those team games lately has moved you into the number 1 spot as your percentage grew up to 39%. just curious to see how you respond to staying on this chart. do you continue playing the same team games and come off or do you start back in with just singles ? or do you keep it balanced? play half and half. Lose the singles but win the team games which will maintain the 39% for you.

Believe it or not I dont actually consider the percentages, I play approx 75% singles and 25% team because basically I prefer singles,doubt that has changed much in the last couple of months. If I played more teams then I would no doubt fall of this list but overall probably gain more points so its a double edged sword really. Having said that I have cut down my games recently so the team games will probably rise to about 40% but I will still have the all time top singles score and that wont be easy to beat. You know yourself how difficult it is to maintain a score over 3000 so if I can stay around that and still play the type Of games I enjoy then I will be content.

192 + 7 = 199 = UNDER 200 games = CORRECT

Dim math

one quick question. why was the 40% or below win rate a criteria?
is that to show those are singles only players? or that they get more points per win?

because for example i have over 80% singles and yet i have a win of 48% plus i will never play team games ever.

the point is there might be better singles players than those listed by you. players with better percentages. not me of course cause i have a lower score but maybe others.

why does th elist keep getting longer and longer. First it started with 12 and then 12 + 2 and 12 + 4 and now 12 + 6......Is this so you dont fall over the list?

Hey robinette, that's a hot list mate.
Although:
A: I'm a true single player kinda guy, but have an occasional doubles(like 5-10% of my games)
and B: I don't play a lot of elitists are whatever, I just enjoy playing against a wide range of players. Therefore my win ratio is above 40%.
Am I excluded now?

Not that I'm in the top 12 for now, but I was like 5 days ago.

I hear what you are saying...
and to get this right there would need to be 2 scoreboards, one for our team scores and one for our singles scores.

This latest "under 40%" list made it easy, but I have to agree that it has just too many shortcomings... and the 1st method was simply no good due to the effort required and the restrictions as to who was eligible.

Sooooo.... here's what I've come up with...
A Top 10 List that doesn't exclude anybody no matter how many team games they choose to play, and gives a reasonable representation of their standings in the singles world...

It works like this... Simply deduct 3 points from your current score for every team game you have ever played. And there is your "Singles Score"... SIMPLE and FAIR, in a lame sort of way...

Pretty lame that we have to do it this way... hopefully technology will be applied to CC scoring BEFORE we become the laughing stock of internet gaming sites...

(without team points*)

*What has changed is that ALL players are eligible...
Any WIN %, Any SINGLES %, Any TEAM %...
Just take your current score and deduct 3 points for every team game...
If you still have over 2000 then post it here with the details...

why deduct 3 points for every team game?

here are my scores:

points with team games in all finished games: 2208
points with team games including active terminator games (where i made some kills): 2239
points without team games in all finished games: 2184
points without team games including active terminator games (where i made some kills): 2215
highest with team games: 2297
highest without team games: 2273

the funny thing is that i have lost 90 points in doubs and gained 114 in trips so overall my team games only got me 24 points. yeah i'm lousy at team games

so basically in your chart i should be:
