Forget about the message or ideology of this guy for a second. See if his words match up to the subtitles. I'll still check out the other video, but I think this is a good indication that they're not stretching things with the subtitles.

No but they would do if they were at the same level in this day and age. We have evangelical Christian channels which are perfectly tolerated and allowed to spout homophobia, so if racism was equally as accepted by a large portion of society do you think they'd be kept off the box? Well there's a big difference between what the KKK did and what tele-evangelists are doing. The KKK harassed and killed black people, all the tele-evangelists are doing is saying the gays are bad and there must not be any more of them or we're all doomed, it's not like they're going up to their houses and lynching them.

Is racism bad? Yes but homophobia isn't? Persecuting a man for his skin colour and his sexual preference is the same thing. HE has no control over that but you're persecuting them.

So a group of people happen to be sexually attracted to those of the same sex, but are trashed talked by another group who happened to believe in a 'God' who apparently said 'homosexuality is bad' - Why do you give a shit who people decide to sleep with, who they marry, and what they do with their own lives? Atleast they don't DOOR KNOCK ON EARLY SATURDAY MORNINGS AND PREACH TO ME ABOUT CONVERTING TO HOMOSEXUALITY, unlike a certain other group of people.

You know there are plenty of other far more important issues that are worth worrying about rather than some gay men and women spending their lives together

Also, if we let gays marry, it'll shatter our picture perfect white picket fence view of the world we have. If two men are married, who is going to cook dinner? !!! Who goes to work?!!! Too many different scenario's that don't fit in with our world view!!!!
