New Recruits Kicked for missing their first turn in a game?

This is mainly for freestyle, but I wouldn't mind it if was added to sequential as well, but if you are a new recruit, you should be kicked for missing your first turn.

It's annoying waiting for these people to be phased out.

I know the counter-argument....."If we do that, we won't attract new members". Well, don't you think its a better idea to take more care of the ones who already are members?

it was suggested AND rejected for 2 turns, do a forum search!
