I have a problem with my computer sometimes defaulting to the first alphabetical i occupy after i have selected a different country to place an army or attack to or from. I do not know if any one else has had that problem.

This is one reason why I would suggest that when placing armies at the beginning of your turn you have the option of rearanging them. In case you slipped up put them in the wrong spot. Or because you want to play around with stratgies and a visual display would help you out.

So Instead of just go straight to the attack mode you have an end placement button like the end fortification button.

That seems like a useful feature, but probably one that's a lot more work (to program) than it appears on the surface. So I'm in favor of it, but if it would take as much time and effort as doing several simpler-to-implement features, I'd favor the several.
