Conquerclub is a hugely expensive project. There are tons of things to keep track of and fund. Lack is doing this all without ads (a fact for which I am thankful....that doesn't leave him tethered to anybody except the players). You should be thankful that he's letting you take complete advantage of his serves and time for absolutely no cost to you. You expect him to front the hundreds or thousands of dollars a month to keep this site running by himself?

Get over yourself and pay the money if it's that important to you. Or go out, buy a similar world domination board game and play with your friends. Oh wait, you probably shouldn't because that is actually MORE EXPENSIVE than the site, and I guarantee that you'll get more game time out of this site then any board game or mockup.

Wait a second... That gives me an idea.

Lack could increase the free games from 4 to say... 6 (or some other number) if the users allow ads to 'enhance' their experience.

It should be an option they could select/de-select of course. (And it could only be changeable every month to prevent abuse.)

4 is a good number...as to become a private...it takes some dedication (1 more game, 1 more login) rather than just randomly coming to the site and starting 4 games.

The number 4 will most likely be the standard. Lets hope it never drops down to 2 again.
