valid point, but many of the people ive talked to dont even look at it from that point of view, they see it as bush is in control of things.

Given so much poverty, deaths, money and weapons. Oh we need those things oh-so-much.

You don't honestly believe you 'spread democracy', right? Your form of democracy isn't even proper democracy! You did not spread it, you invaded a country and made it democratic!

You 'saved' Europe with the help of Europe and other countries. You did not 'save' it single-handed.

Erm, you seem to be forgetting that there was a democratic Europe even before the French Revolution happened.

I'm with you Tyr, America is fine, it's not perfect but it's the best country in the world right now. We're doing the most throughout the world(not talking about military) is anybody here from Iraq? Most people in Iraq are thankful that we came in and toppled their dictator. It's mostly the people who are in the countries that are fighting the war that are bitching.

You can't satisfy everyone, if the public gets what they want and we pull out now. Then in a few years when Iraq crumbles and Iran takes over and nukes the world. Everyone will blame the government, everyone always does. If something goes wrong then it's the government's fault, even if you elected them, it's still their fault. It's pretty bad when more than half the nation doesn't even say the pledge of allegiance when asked. Most of the people who do are children who do what they are asked to. It's horrible

The random countries we make, which I can't even think of any at the moment, aren't controlled by us as colonies. Much unlike the Europeans did for centuries

Europe saved Europe twice. Compared to British, French and Russian casualties, the US' were quite light.

Huh? No France means no French Revolution, means no Democratic Europe.
Methinks France played a much larger role in that particular conflict

Yes American casualties were light, we entered the war late in both wars, even the Europeans admit, without America Europe would have fallen to the Kaiser or Hitler.
