Well a year is quite long. I've had the same experience in numerous forums, and only one actually got worse. (Mods who decided to turn nazi on everyone and ban people for the silliest of reasons.)
But isn't part of the reason for things getting worse here that it also got bigger? More anonymous people posting ridiculous shit?
