I refuse to watch the videos. I made up my own mind by listening to Ron Paul on the radio, doing interviews. He's not my guy, nor does he stand a chance at the nomination.

"eat his lunch" is a regional, archaic idiomatic expression that means show-up or embarrass or utterly destroy one's esteem, confidence, and credibility. I think it probably comes from the idea of bullies stealing kids' lunches.
