Is this fair?

I was given an indefinite feedback ban by wicked. One of the feedbacks she deleted I had left for a player who had been very rude to me in game chat after I tried to teach her what a realtime game was.

It was game 1442805.

wicked deleted it, then when I asked her why she deleted it she told me that she could tell I was the one being rude, even when I was on her ignore list and she couldn't read what I was saying. Please check this game out and make your own conclusions. Was my feedback unfactual? Should she have actually read the full game chat before accusing me of leaving improper feedback.

Keep in mind that I have been flamed mercilessly, and I would like for this to be a non-flaming thread, especially as it is not in flame wars.

By the way, another one of my feedbacks I gave a negative to a guy for bugging me about drinking beer. Game 1446841. He thought it was funny and had given me a negative before for the same thing. It was meant as a joke, wicked deleted that one. But obviously this player was not offended by it, so I certainly did not deserve a feedback ban for that one either.

If I fill out an eticket it will get back into wicked's hands, which is something I want to avoid.

I can tell you this... trying to take it to a public debate against a respected moderator like Wicked isn't going to win you any points with the other admin staff.

After receiving so many negative feedbacks I'd have to think there's a consensus here...
The problem isn't "them" it's "you"...

I'd be more concerened about how you've managed to acquire a whopping 548 points? I mean, honestly, how does one do that?

What they said was not constructive. It was simply flaming outside of flame wars. If we could please stick to saying whether it was fair to be banned for giving that feedback or not, and give a reason why, then I wouldn't have any problems.

My 2 cents.....

To the OP, You may have been wronged in the past and your intentions in this instance might have been misconstrued, but challenging the Mod (regardless of which one) in this way will not earn you any good points. I moderate on many different sites and trust me, this sort of behavior is frowned upon by everyone just about 'anywhere' (I do know of a couple of places that really don't give a sh*t and aren't worth the time of day..lol).

If you really didn't mean any ill intentions, then I would just blow it off and move on. JMHO
