Comments: They haven't attacked eachother all game and by the looks of their S. America - N. America boarder it seems as though they don't plan on attacking eachother either. Check the Game Logs and notice that they have not chatted with eachother about this at all.
I don't know if ithis would add to the evidence of a secret alliance or multiple acounts situation, but they play pretty much the same way. The majority of their turns consists of simply deploying and fortifying. I know that there are many players that play this way, but I just thought I'd put it out there.
And I don't know if thsis is just me being paranoid or something, but they are in two different games together and in both games, Rozebud is first and jakdown is third. I was just thinking that this might be another tactic for them to have turns continuously throughout the game until one of them is eliminated to give them an advantage.
You guys know better than I do if all of this would be considered evidence of cheating or not, so I'll be waiting for a reply.

I had meant to say that after a long of time of not playing, I decided to play by the rules and create a single account. Regardless, if that's against the rules, let me know and do whatever you have to I guess. I can't do anything about that.

I can't see much to go on in this accusation, If there is anything then the closest thing would be an alliance... but I can't see the multiaccount. plus they are both premiums..
I'm still wondering if there is some sort of investigation going on or if ANYONE with a significant level of authority on ConquerClub has looked into this. The situation isn't evident anymore but earlier in the game Rozebud had 14 armies in Venezuela and jakdown had 5 or 6 in Central America. At this moment I don't know if it's multi, a secret alliance, or nothing at all...All I know is that I haven't seen anything significant concerning this issue.
