It's something he does because the Cowboys need all the help they can get.General Brock II wrote:I'll take part in this week's roll.Bolded my picks. What's up with the blue, Ovo? Am I to make a special pick, each week, for extra points? Is it America's Game of the Week? Or just something that you do?

It depends on what you like. If you like a lot of offense passing offense, go with the New England Patriots or Green Bay Packers. If you like to watch good running offenses, you can watch the Oakland Raiders and Darren McFadden destroy my Denver Broncos or Matt Forte and the Chicago Bears. If you like defense, your best teams would be the Baltimore Ravens or the Pittsburgh Steelers.Lootifer wrote:If I were to start watching NFL (since I am getting a cable box with a HDD so i can record stuff ez) who are some good teams to watch? Like not only top teams, but teams who play good/interesting football (for a layman to watch)?

Too much faith in Beck? I picked the Skins to score this week, not win.pancakemix wrote:oVo, you have too much faith in John Beck
Couple Beck with a non-existent run game and a Niners defense with a league-low 15.3 points per game allowed, I think you're being generous.oVo wrote:Too much faith in Beck? I picked the Skins to score this week, not win.pancakemix wrote:oVo, you have too much faith in John Beck

You obviously didn't watch the NO v. TB game.AndyDufresne wrote:A few of the mid-pack teams stumbled, a while a few kept it going. Overall, pretty entertaining games.

psst NE didnt win, only i am allowed to count teams that lost towards my point totalGeneral Brock II wrote:You obviously didn't watch the NO v. TB game.AndyDufresne wrote:A few of the mid-pack teams stumbled, a while a few kept it going. Overall, pretty entertaining games.
--AndyMan, Tampa Bay is my favourite team, but what the heck was up with them on Sunday? Josh Freeman only aired it out for a long throw once or twice, and neither were caught! He was repetitively saved by penalties. And in the last minute and a half, they just gave up! He didn't throw anything out of bounds and he didn't try for an eighty-yarder. Instead, they just waddled along the field. I almost fell asleep... Truly disappointing performance.
So, I don't know if we're keeping points, but I'm going to tally mine up.
