You mean you want the light / dark of each bonus region to be more extreme?nebsmith wrote:Just got my first look at this and I think you need a greater contrast between land areas or maybe a more obvious border between the regions.

Might be onto something.nebsmith wrote:Just got my first look at this and I think you need a greater contrast between land areas or maybe a more obvious border between the regions.
Lower it to what?nolefan5311 wrote:Why is Scot's Regiment a +4 for 4 regions (only 3 of which need to be defended) in a corner of the map?
You can also go in by helicopter, less neutrals. The only way to be able to hit that 4th region is to attack through 21 neutrals to get to Arg Plane 5.
My bad counting. Does this make a big enough difference? Also, 1v1 games start with 21 regions for each player.

Thats a small non game play thing so will add to the next update list of things to do.thehippo8 wrote:That's better. But (small nitpik) the screws look a little faded now! Can you sharpen them up?
Not going to happen. It has both the British and Argentine names for he war at the top.kmhebert wrote:Change this map to "Falkland Islands War" or something. 1982 is a meaningless name for this map.

Why not 'Falklands/Malvinas Islas 1982' or something along those lines? All the other maps include both a location and date and I think that's a good practice to continue because the location/event name are much easier to associate with the map than just a year...koontz1973 wrote:Not going to happen. Because that is too long and will not go into the start a game page or any other page. It would just be shortened down to what it is now. I did have both names on the map around the title a long time ago but it was voted of during the making of the map itself. I have both the British and Argentine names on the map itself. Once players know the map, it is obvious. Anyone new to it only has to look at it.Swifte wrote:Why not 'Falklands/Malvinas Islas 1982' or something along those lines? What I suggested can't be too long.. it's shorter than 'All Your Base are Belong to Us' and that fits just fine.koontz1973 wrote:Because that is too long and will not go into the start a game page or any other page. No probs, it's hardly the be all and end all! And I agree with you, I like 1982 - I find it meaningful and appropriate. I'd be against changing the name.koontz1973 wrote:Thats a small non game play thing so will add to the next update list of things to do.thehippo8 wrote:That's better.
