After review of the post at hand. I do see enough evidence to support Secret Diplomacy on Kepa's Part ref. the post on generalcustard's wall. This only seems to be the work of Kepa. All acts of diplomacy needs to be placed in the game chat for the other players to see. Not on there wall. Further more a warning will be issued to Kepa. If such acts of this continue the futher action will be taken.
