i think it would be cool to have a map for each statei know that this will be to troublesome but still just wanted to throw it out there

Maps have to have an appeal to a wide audience, I just can't see that many people wanting to play a map of Idaho.
There's already maps of regions, I think this is probably the smallest geographic area of the US that would have appeal, unless it's of a major city/historical landmark.

If you want maps of all the states of some country, start making them. See if you can gather the needed support. If you can't make maps, see if you can get a mapmaker interested of the project.
But all new maps should offer something new to the site, that other maps don't already have. I don't think you could make this happen for all of the 50 or so maps that you are suggesting to be made. But you're welcome to try.
