I really don't think this is of any importance. Neither of them have logged in in 18 days, both with games that are already ended.
Besides, similar names and country means nothing. They could very well be brothers or friends. They didn't play a single game together.

you would think but alot of cheaters are pretty obvious.Some actually put the same name thinking that they wont get caught despite being obvious.From experience I found most cheater
