how do u get off 1st class sarg

hi have a question i am a first class. problem i am having is officer dont want to play you to much point lose. then you have newbies and lower ranks taking high points of you for game loss so you are stuck in a trap. any way of sorting this out

Don't play newbies and lower ranks. Just don't.
Play some 8man, escalatings on classic for points. You should get major at least. Then play the officers for points.

Don't expect to win from them, if you loose to newbies and lower ranks though.

Play Terminator games with similar ranks, or higher, and at least try and make a profit in points if you can't win the entire game. Be conservative when attacking: better to stop early and have those armies remaining next turn rather than try another futile attack. Stop suiciding. Find a skilled, reliable partner (or several) and play more team games.
