I am by no stretch of the imagination sensitive, but I'm fairly sure this isn't the only time this has happened. I know I can just ignore this idiot, and I will, but I don't think this kind of behaviour is acceptable.

That would be due to 2 main factors:

Factor 1: You are canadian... i dont think i need to explain further on that point

Factor 2: You simply suffer from partial sight, i would recommend specsavers, however their customer service seems to be dropping a bit lately.. so maybe a different opticians would be the best bet.
