IP blocked?

My roommate and I play conquerclub on the same IP. We never played eachother, only teamed up in a couple of doubles. Now since this morning it appears our IP has been blocked. My account is still active though (as you can tell by me posting here). Can someone tell me if it is possible our IP got blocked, without our accounts being terminated? Thx

It doesn't look like anything has been done from our end. I suggest you open up an E-ticket, via the Help Page, to discuss things further outside of the public forum.
