I would like to make a tournment games but I have no idea how to make it!!

You have to post a tournament in the tournaments forum, get people to join it, and then once it is full you have to PM a tournament director to gain privileges. From here it is just a matter of going to start a game, and making sure you hit the drop down tab that says Tournament.
