Comments: His feedback left history shows that he just leaves negative feedback to be a jerk. I defeated him and he left me 1 star for gameplay as well as a "deadbeat" tag. Please remove this. I know its not a big deal but still.

Since he´s only left 13 ratings in the 2 years he´s been playing it´s hard to say. Those last 3 look like Rating Abuse, and you could also add offensive language.

why just now report this, the game was finished well over a month ago?

This will be investigated for all the other ratings he has left, as far as the rating he left you he gave you poor ratings because he was down to 2 territories and you missed a turn and when asked about it in game chat you replied that you were giving him a chance to earn a bad rating, whatever that means.

His tags can all be explained as well except the Deadbeat tag. Deadbeat tag is for players that miss 3 consecutive turns.. He will be informed of this and the rest of the ratings will be investigated.

If there is not enough evidence to warrant abuse then he will be Cleared. He did not abuse the ratings system with the rating he left you and ratings will not be removed. The best you can do is leave a response like you did and talk to him about removing it. And Foe him.

Both games he lost, and gave all 1 star ratings and "Clueless, Poor Strategy" tags.

In JimmyCourage´s game, I could understand him being upset about Jimmy losing that round, and Jimmy´s answer was definitely not the best one (specially considering he´s making the report ), but I thought I´d highlight the "like I care fag" part to add up to the other two games.

now wrong drop you can rate anyway you want for that. as for what he said in chat he finishes it of with a lol(laugh out) and a gg(good game) so this still dont prove nothing.

as for the second game you cant see what troups were about could he of finished him quicker which would then allow these quotes and since the player involved has not complained then maybe he agrees with it.

I agree, if the other player makes a wrong drop you could rate his strategy low, but how do you justify a one star in Attitude on those 3. It would seem like he just gave out the all 1-star ratings to those last 3 mostly out of anger, and that is ratings abuse, isn´t it?

we do not speculate on what is and isn't justifiable for a scale of stars..

there was an obvious disagreement in chat in the game with JimmyCourage and JM28HEAT and JM28HEAT felt it to be strong enough to warrant the rating he left for JimmyCourage. Since there is proof that there was some type of a means for justification for a negative rating then this is not ratings abuse.

The other ratings will be looked into as well.. still pending.

As I already said the rating for JimmyCourage is a plausible rating with the misuse of the Deadbeat tag.

• Rating & tags of ChrisBeerens also plausible according to Game 3972036.
• Rating & tags of thedice is a bit extreme for what little was said but could be plausible.
• Rating & tags of Joshua Hayden & Don Juaquin are valid as well, you wrongfully accuse someone of cheating you can expect to get a Paranoid & Complainer tag along with a 1 star for Attitude.
• eddymush prolonged the game just as JimmyCourage did when the game was won and therefor it could be seen that 1 could question their gameplay, fairplay & attitude in that situation.. Did he prolong the game on purpose to drag it out and be a prick or was it accidental? There is a possibility there for JM28 to feel this way.
• ribedebie was a casualty of JM28 being pissed about other games and the ratings/tags he left for him were undeserved.

So we have the misuse of the "deadbeat" tag once and 1 unfair rating/tag left.. I have sent him a PM to inform him of the use of tags and ratings properly but this is not gross abuse of the ratings system and he is Cleared and Noted for the time being.

the way i see it if somone does not play a shot and does not appologise he gonna get the deadbeat tag.
in the ratings page it does not say player must miss 3 consecutive turns before you can rate this.

ps i am not questioning the noted i am just asking why you said d/beat must be somone that misses 3 times.

this does not awnser the question why does it have to be that. and if you are going say it should not be used you should state it on the ratings page. people have a different opinion of what a deadbeat is. like i said before i see a deadbeat as somone who misses shots on purpose and does not have the manners to appologise for it. like in this case the player state that he missed so he can rate him bad i would of used the deadbeat tag as well like i think others would of.
