Requirment of ratings.

I have just put in my tournament to have a minimum of 4.5 to join in.But a player wants to join who has no rating n/a. In this case does he has the requirments or not? What do you think

I would keep their status 'pending' for now... I looked up your tourny, and the player is in many many games right now... So their n/a will probably change in a few days

If it stays n/a by the time the tourny starts.. I would let them in. But that is just me
