Comments: I think they got seriously annoyed about some early gains I made :D . Now mutually cleaning out territories and offering them to the other player on PM :x . May just be good tactics. But also seems suspect.

Red has his borders protected from anyone. He could be also using yellow to be a threat to pink coming from Illinois. I don't see how yellow would benefit from red as he is the strongest right now and he is even offering Illinois to yellow, tempting yellow to spread his troops even further. This is cleared for the time being.
