Can you explain this better please? Is this a 1 vs 1 or a multiplayer game tournament? Also how does the eliminations work?

then the games that follow become 1 player less each round
the last remaining player from each Bracket will play each other to determine the winner

For the record, this is NOT a 1v1 tournament, but rather a Standard tournament.
