Just to ask you... Why the Official 2010 CC World Cup map is not a permanent one!?

A french guy very sad his new favorite map just disappeared ^^

The 2010 World Cup Map is a limited edition map, however a permanent map with similar game play is currently being discussed.

As far as I know, any permanently available map needs to go through the foundry process.
