best country at risk

i have decided we need a world cup of risk, with any country available as i dont know of any tourneys that offer this, to see what the best country at risk is is.

its a triples tourney and a country can have up to 10 teams, so to limit the americans.

there will be home and away matches.say your country(or join one already if there is a place in that country) and what map you want as your home map.it will be a knockout style competition.

i choose england

lol, iv just seen someone has something similar and im not sure exactly how to set this up so if anyone wants to take the rains its exepted.i just want to have a tourney like this running, i said it on the koe boards and got 100% yes so.......
