Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game 10330516


Comments: stanwyck had Pennsylvania the whole game and had a lot of reinforcement, but even at the end, when he had a chance to stop red from winning, he refused to attack and let red win the next round. This could only be a result of secret diplomacy.

I didnt see anything clear cut to show SD. For the time being This will be noted.
