On the weight of this evidence.....and if there's corroboration from the IP logs...... It's possibly quite damning for a pair who set-up so many freestyle games. Hope it's not the case as I've always had a lot of respect for Braddy.
I do feel that taking turns for a partner in freestyle games just to be sure to get the turns in back-to-back is a form of C&/A. I fought pretty hard in a case where it happened to me. I forget who it was now, but those guys were dicks about the whole process: name-calling, dismissive of the complaint, etc. So I didn't feel too bad (and was perhaps more enthusiastic) about the end result.
But I do think that there are some good players on this site, who simply don't recognize this as a form of abuse. They consider it good strategy. And it would be except for CC's overarching one-player, one-account rule. When babysitting is used too often in these situations, it can turn in to a situation where two players are basically sharing two accounts, at least for the purpose of the games that they play in together.
But good players (and good people) may not lurk in the C&A forum and know that this principle. That is why there is a warning system in place. So that players aren't severely punished for misguided but not malicious actions. (Hell, sometimes players only get a warning for actions that are actually malicious.)
