[Notif] Notification for Battle Royale

[MoB Deadly]

Concise description:

• When our 30 day restriction is over, give the user a PM that they are eligible to join another Battle Royale
• Or instead of a PM, the word [ JOIN ] like they code when you have a new PM

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• I forgot my 30 days were up, would be nice to have a reminder.
• Would spur more participation in Battle Royales, which are now a selling point for the site for their uniqueness

I don't mind an optional PM blast for this.

I usually click on it every once in a while to see how many days I have left though. So, I usually know where I'm at.

Why not? Perhaps all users can be set to default accept these messages, but the message text can say, "In order to turn off these (and other) notifications go to ..." and outline getting to the proper area of the control panel.
