Comments:Out of the last 17 games "Prozipps" has been in, so was "Freebyrd1977". Looking at the round log(s) in these games you can clearly see neither of them has taken a continent from the other until one of them has killed off the last remaining player besides themselves. They only attack each other when it is a country holding 1 army so they may gain a card.
prozipps created a new game 12466573 and Freebryd1977 join immediately. The game has fill and is just starting. I suggest you watch this game very closely so you can see for yourself.

This and that are two separate issues, leave it out of this matter. I am by no means defending them, but the case IS PENDING, and as such is only discussable in the LOCKED thread you see here or in General Discussions. THis is about two other players, who may be multis, nothing new and certainly nothing that hasn't been dealt with before. I think the mods can figure this out pretty quick if they are multi's, if its Secret Diplomacy it may need a bit more evidence.

It sounds like their names were written down in a notebook with a comment, *Secret Diplomacy. If a moderator took the time to log in their names, then it is logical that the moderator thinks they are guilty of secret diplomacy. There must be more to it than that.

That's basically what happened - since it's their first offense.
If they do it again, they get a warning.
A third time, it's a short ban (I forget the exact length of time).
If they keep doing it after that, the bans get longer and longer.
