At my height (5'9) I could be 125lbs (57kg) and still be normal...

That's absolutely insane. If you are 5'9, 57kg and not an Olympic marathon runner/walker then you are unhealthy, simple as that.

I celebrated hearing the news that cholesterol and salt are no longer bad for you! BWs on Wednesday was of course the logical choice for such a celebration! My BMI went from 20 to 48 in the fraction of just a few hours of all-you-can-eat splendor!

ok so had to go on a converter.... 1m80=5'9 and 73kg=161pounds. That's 23,8 BMI... and I'm in the higher range of normal aparently (which is between 18,5 and 24,9). That's BS. I feel skinny as shit these days, I would not want to lose an extra kilo. I agree with lootifer, this scale is wrong.
And anyways, if you don't take into consideration one's skeleton density and the % of fat vs muscle how can this make any sense?
