I saw it was noted but the fact it was handled differently lead me to believe that this was just a note based on whatever had taken place behind closed doors.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. I just think the verdict given in private should be known here too since it's now been made public. It could educate others on what happens etc. I'm assuming just a warning in this case.
