No access to panel interface. I have a choice of board options that work with "panel interface only" . But I have no option to turn on or off the panel interface. Why is that?

Because older accounts have the option to turn it off and new accounts don't. Also, why would a NR want to turn it off? What do you think you will gain from having it off?

For all new members, panel interface is permanently on. The old interface is only an option for people who joined before 2013.

Having two different interfaces is a headache for the owner, so the idea is that everyone switches to panels only eventually. Some people really dislike change, so he's allowed the old members to keep what they're used to.

Because I've played before. I know how the screen can look on my phone. The way it looks now sucks. Can't see opponents spoils....nothing. can't see chat. The layout sucks.

The layout in Panels is completely customizable. You can move them around as you wish.

However, if you "played before" you should just go back to your old account. If you don't remember your old username and password, file a help ticket and they will help you retrieve it.

If it was just a made-up username, you can't.

However, if you used your real name or some other identifying thing, they will let you change it to protect your identity.

Procedure is the same, file a help ticket. (You can use the link I posted in the previous message, or you can press the "HELP" button in the top right corner.
