CIA says Trump lying about COVID source

The US Republican Party has repeatedly spread propaganda stating that COVID-19 was created in a lab in Wuhan.

The CIA, which repeatedly warned the Republican Party about COVID-19 in January only to be repeatedly ignored, has now come out declaring that the Wuhan laboratory lies are indeed lies and that their president is lying by continuing to spread them:

US President Donald Trump has appeared to undercut his own intelligence agencies by suggesting he has seen evidence coronavirus originated in a Chinese laboratory.

Earlier the US national intelligence director's office said it was still investigating how the virus began.

But the office said it had determined Covid-19 "was not manmade or genetically modified".

In a rare public statement, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which oversees US spy agencies, said on Thursday it concurs with the "wide scientific consensus" regarding Covid-19's natural origins.

China has rejected the lab theory and criticised the US response to Covid-19.

It would appear the CIA still retains a slight shred of integrity, but this is unfortunately being smothered by the national propaganda machine. Sad.

It's win-win really. Either Trump is right, and the US has been run by an enormous propaganda machine since forever, and/or the President of the US is a serial liar. Either way, the mask has finally been removed.
