No, there's no easy way to get out of it. Just play it out. If both of you really do want to get out of it, doesn't take long to sleepwalk through a game.

There is a resign button, but in 1v1 it won't pop up until Round 10, and a 1v1 game can be over long before then.

Resign button in 1vs1 TRENCH, not all 1vs1.

Pop up round 6 if it's poly trench, round 10 if it's 1vs1 trench. No resign button available in tournaments game.
