I haven't played in a long while, because for some reason, Conquer Club never emailed me or contacted me in anyway about the first turn of my games. It emails me about Round 2, but not Round 1, so I miss the placement round, basically making the game unplayable.
It's been a year, and I forgot about this issue, so I started up again and re-discovered it. How can I fix it?
