# [FORMING] [COMPETITIVE] — New Clan Looking for Active Players
## We are forming a new Competitive Clan
We are currently building a new competitive Clan on Conquer Club and are looking for active players who want to participate in Clan Wars, tournaments and other Clan events.
Our objective is simple:
**Build a stable, active and competitive roster rather than simply collecting players.**
### What we are looking for
We are interested in players who:
* are currently active on Conquer Club;
* enjoy team games;
* are interested in Doubles, Triples and Quadruples;
* communicate well with teammates;
* are reliable with their turns;
* want to improve their team-game skills;
* are interested in participating in Clan Wars and tournaments.
Rating is relevant, but it is **not the only criterion**. Activity, team-game experience, reliability and attitude are equally important.
### Our philosophy
We want to be competitive without creating an unnecessarily elitist environment.
Experienced players are welcome, but we are also interested in developing players with potential.
The idea is to build a roster where members can learn from each other, practice team games and eventually compete against established Clans.
### Initial roster
We are currently looking to build a roster of approximately 12–16 active players.
The official CC requirements for forming the Clan will be completed once we have the required founding members.
### What we expect from members
Members should:
* remain reasonably active;
* participate in Clan activities when available;
* communicate with teammates;
* respect opponents;
* follow CC rules and Clan rules;
* notify the Clan if they become unavailable for an extended period.
### What we offer
* A dedicated Clan community;
* organized team-game practice;
* participation in Clan Wars;
* participation in Clan tournaments/events;
* discussion of strategy and team-game tactics;
* a stable group of players interested in improving together.
